Philanthropy
Philos--"Love of" Anthropos--"Mankind"
Guided by my love for all humankind, I help people maximize the impact of their wealth.

Philanthropy is a Balance
Have you asked:
“How do I perpetuate my values, including a good work ethic, among my children and grandchildren, and leave the world a better place?”
“How do I deal with the onslaught of requests for help without becoming bitter and irritated, and without interfering with my other life goals?”

Thoughtful Family Values Planning
Like the sunlight or a rock cairn gives direction, I can help your family intentionally perpetuate your values.
I help families ensure their own needs are met and also ensure that their most important values continue with their children and future generations. My experience with a wide variety of assets and wealth preservation trusts can maximize your impact.
Some options provide a lifetime income to the donor, the children, and benefit charity at the same time.
Balance Skills:
listening and understanding,
deep thinking and advanced knowledge,
and timely action.

Combining those skills,
I've helped hundreds of people invest more than $60 million in helping others.
But people matter more than money.
I've helped people through personal family struggles and listened to intimate details from parents they wouldn't share with their own children. I've facilitated wealth preservation charitable trusts that eventually became the family's lifeblood.
One donor's executor invited me to speak at the donor's funeral. A single parent scholarship recipient in tears introduced me to her children and hugged me in gratitude. A concerned father asked me to look out for his student suffering from depression.
Several children of donors stay in touch after their parents pass on, and others still ask me about my children and family.
